Ointment Mixer
The Ointment Mixer Machine – Jacketed for mixing of ointment. The unit is provided with jacketed mixing vessel fitted with stand on fixed low-speed anchor type stirrer driven by motor and reduction gearbox as per following models.
The inner vessel will be made out of 16 Gauge S.S. 316 sheet and outer jacket made out of 16 Gauge S.S.304 sheet. 18 Gauge S.S. sheet lid provided with slot for anchor type stirrer moving. Vessel bottom will be slop type with side outlet ball valve. Water inlet drain etc. on jacket. Water heater with thermostate controller contactor in panel box mounting on jacket. Vessel is mounted on four pipe legs with castor wheels for easy moving. Vessel is welded with argon arc.
All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality and body cladded with S.S 304 18 Gauge sheet. Stain Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit.
